The place is very very nice. It’s clean, the stations are nice and the pedicure seats are very comfy and luxurious. They offer you cookies and water which is a nice touch. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and was taken care of right away. The tech did a great job understanding what I wanted, short, natural looking nails. The reason for my three stars is that the nails do not last. They look very pretty the first few days. But a week in and I already have some lifting on the bed of the nail and the sides do not look very well done. I look like I need a refill already even though they’re not long enough. See photos. The first pic quality is not so good because it was taken from a video. The other two photos are now. You can see lifting on the thumb and sides of the nails look bad. I can give this place another try but don’t have high hopes.

I got a gel pedicure here last week and I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times before and always feel its mediocre and not worth what they charge. In a last minute effort after trying 3 other salons I ended up here with no wait (go figure). The woman who did my pedicure decided that the insides of ALL my toe nails needed to be cut and pulled back to the cuticle area!! Never in my life!! To top it off she cut the skin in the side wall causing trauma resulting in an infection. Nothing professional about this place and don’t be fooled by the ambience of beauty. Save your money and your nails!!

Critical: ValueI came here to get my nails done and it was Christmas Eve but I waited patiently. I did not complain once. I just wanted to treat my daughters as we have had the roughest imaginable week especially for it to be the holidays. The guy who did one of my daughters nails had an attitude the entire time and completely rushed. I paid for both of them to revive gel nails. The other guy (#9 ) was nice but my nails broke within two days and due to the holiday and a passing member of family I had to come back on the 30th. The original guy who did my nails wasn’t there and no one wanted to assist me. Absolutely horrible service. I just wanted to treat my daughters as we have had the roughest imaginable week especially for it to be the holidays. They have a beautiful salon, modern and a large variety of dip and gel colors. Unfortunately, they always seem in a rush. Secondly, when you ask any technician to do something special or extra for you, it always feels like a hassle. I got Dip manicure done on Wednesday night and they are already breaking and chipping 3 days later. My tech did a fantastic job on my pedicure, no complaints there. I feel as though if you are not a regular, they do not give you the 100% customer service that they would’ve if you go every 2 weeks or they remember you.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to is this one. I went to get a manicure and pedicure because two days later I’m getting married. My fingernails are so wide that I look so rough and even worse the prices they show you when you arrive have nothing to do with what I paid in the end. They charged me $118 when I had calculated paying $80. I left disappointed in instead of leaving happy. Now I have to do my nails again. don’t go throwing your money there.

I have been going here for the past year, my nails are always amazing. This salon is the best, she takes great care of my nails and takes her time. I have skin sensitivity issues and they’re always careful of that with me. Great prices for really great quality! 3 weeks later and my nails are still perfect.

By far THE best salon I’ve ever had the pleasure to be serviced at! Staff is professional, friendly and very talented. Salon is decorated beautifully, very chic. Appointments are very much preferred but you won’t regret it. My nails are never rushed and the quality of work is unmatched and well worth the cost.

I don’t even think she knew what she was doing. I asked her just to clean it up to be on the safe side since they’ve never touched my brows before. What a big mistake. She rushed through it and they are not even arched, are uneven, and to top it off it’s my birthday week. Now I have to attempt to even and arch them with a pencil. Everyone was so nice and my nails look amazing. My nail tech was the best. She had to fix my nails from smudging not once, not twice but three times and she did it with a smile. And the salon is super clean. I will definitely be going back!
