Critical: ProfessionalismI just stopped by, lets start by saying noone greeted me so I stayed at the door waiting to be assisted. When I finally was by a person that seems to work there but was not friendly, she said she would check availability for what I wanted which was a hair dry. The stylist who was on the phone while working on someones’ hair ( the only client in the salon) asked me what did I want, his assistant told him and without checking the calendar or even looking for an option said in rude tone “we are fully booked , we can’t do hair dry” .The assistant insisted and he rudely answered, well Monday. I have a business of my own and believe that if you can treat people with kindness and respect you should not be in the service industry.
