Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityYpsi Massage Co-op has a beautiful comfy space! I haven’t worked with others here yet, but Emily here is so skilled and knowledgeable as a massage therapist. They are a healer. For me they have relieved immediate pain and longstanding discomfort in my muscles in a session. Often tight areas are ticklish or painful, and I expect that to be part of massages, but I didn’t even have that because they ‘read’ muscles so well. If you have access to regular sessions I would highly recommend that with them. Their work has allowed me to get unstuck when I haven’t been taking as good care of my muscles & skeleton and things are tight/painful/strained, to get better enough so I can keep stretching & moving on my own too. They are also excellent at facilitating consent. They are constantly learning new ways to take better care of people. Their work should be valued the way physical therapists and doctors’ work is.
