I went in yesterday for a pedicure. My mom pushed me to go because I never do anything nice for myself. The lady was very sweet but she cut back the sides of my toe nail…. It hurt but I stayed quiet… my mistake.. I thought she knew what she was doing but now I’m in excruciating pain and cannot walk! I can’t sit around all day and hope for this to get better, I have 2 children under the age of 5 so sitting down all day isn’t an option! I’m thinking of going to urgent care because my whole foot feels swollen. This is the last time I ever get a pedicure.

Came in for the first time not knowing what to expect, been living in the high desert for 3 years but could never find the right spot since I was so used to the salon I went down the hill. But this place is excellent from customer service, to the service to it’s area being clean.

Went in for a mani/pedi, I was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked how he could help me , I told him what I wanted and asked about the wait fully prepared to have to wait 30 min… to my surprise he said 10 minutes. It was literally closer to 5 min. The atmosphere in there is very spa like, massage chairs, comfy chairs at the nail stations, the room bright and well lit, the decor was pretty and inviting. Never would I have guessed how it looked nor did I expect much from a spot in a small shopping area here in Victorville . It smelled pleasant, I have a pretty sensitive nose but I got no whiff of nail products at all… the pedicure was relaxing and she took great care to make me happy. The designs are actually sticker appliqués under gel, designs are perfectly even and smudging is not an issue. The sugar scrub for my legs and feet was Amazing and smelled delicious and my skin is smoother than a baby’s bottom now. My manicure had to stay basic because of nursing school but she did a great job on making my nails look more beautiful. I will definitely be back. ❤️

The owner who did my nails was so rough. She jammed the cuticle pushed so hard into my nail beds. When I winced and said “ow” she just smiled. Then when painting my nails I voiced that the color did not look good and she didn’t care. Zero customer service here. My nails came out lumpy and streaky. Don’t come here unless you’re into getting abused during your manicure service.

Will not come here again. Filed my nails crooked, burned me with the drill, and used dirty drill bits. I noticed she was getting them from a container marked “soiled” and asked if they were dirty. She just said “yeah”, splashed some alcohol on it and kept going. Didnt get her name but she said she had just come from a place in AV. Her attitude the whole time was like she didn’t give an F about anything anymore. Not rude, just like she didn’t care one way or another.

One of the best nail experience. I been to a lot of nail salons and this is one of my favorites. They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend coming here. I ask for a blue medium coffin size nail and they can out perfect. It was not to thick or thin the nails. They are clean!!

I asked for full set of nude matte nails. the technician was nice but filled down my nails very thin. i showed him a picture of what i wanted. the color he used for the acrylic was pink and not nude. i asked for thin acyrlic, he still made it thick and when he filed them they were un even and lumpy. at this point i just said they were good as they were. he still applied a coat of top coat shine even when i insisted i don’t want it, after he did this i paid and left. i wouldn’t return or recommend to anyone.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and the service has drastically gotten worse. I have made appointments with the same technician and the past 3 visits have been an issue with over booking and me having to wait. The services are rushed and no matter how often I go and how much I spend I am just another body in a chair. The quality is lacking and I hate to be rushed after I had to wait for an appointment I set a week in advance. I will not be returning to high prices for lowered quality.
