I HIGHLY recommend going to this spa! I went in for lip fillers and it was my first time ever having any cosmetic work. I was so nervous going in but as soon as I walked in the doors the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. Tracy greeted me at the front desk and offered something to drink for not only me but also my friends I brought with me! The paperwork process was quick and easy, and Tracy was cracking jokes with us as if we’d known each other already! They made me feel at home immediately. I got my lip injections from Kim, who was being trained and taught more about it as she went. She did an amazing job! They took it very seriously but also made me feel very calm and relaxed. It was very interesting to hear the process be explained as she did it. The pain was minimum and the staff was very supportive throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back here for more fillers in the future!

Angela is amazing! Angela took her time listening to my concerns and examined me. I needed a quick resolve for an acne/rash breakout for my back and she recommended me one of the products they sell and a moisturizer. My back has improved within just 3 days of using this product and taking her advice! Thank you Angela! Can’t forget the lovely ladies at the reception, very welcoming!

My absolute favorite spa! Needed a last minute appointment for micro needling and they were super accommodating. Would also highly recommend Melissa for the halo and micro needling procedures. She’s an amazing esthetician; it’s like she reads my skin and knows exactly what it needs to look better (I’m so happy with my results!). She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Can’t wait to come back for next spa treatment!!!

Highly recommend Youthtopia! Beautiful and clean spa with a friendly and professional staff. I got Botox for the first time here. Caroline was extremely patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I live in NC but visit the Atlanta area very often and will continue to travel to receive treatments at this spa and have Caroline do my Botox.
