Do not come here for laser hair removal. Waste of time and rip-off. Will cancel your appointment upon arrival, but will have you waiting 15 min when you’re on time. $600 + gas down the drain. Not to mention the dirty broken goggles? Do yourselves a favor and find an aesthetician with an efficient laser like the Alexandrite, which rid me of my beard in only 2 go’s. You can have your “complimentary” sessions, don’t want or need them.

I love this place and I’m not just saying that bc I work there. Toni is absolutely AMAZING with nails. Tracey the owner is GREAT, I was finally brave enough to try laser hair removal and she made it a great experience! I heard there’s an AWESOME massage therapist there too, I just wish I could have an out of body experience and massage myself there!

I had permanent eye liner done here from a Groupon. The Groupon entitled me to an application session and one follow up session for touch ups. The place was clean and the owner was very friendly. The technician thoroughly explained the process and everything appeared clean. Unfortunately, she didn’t apply the ink evenly during the first visit, which I didn’t initially notice with all the swelling, ink smears, and bleeding. When I went back for my follow up, I asked her to make them a little thicker and straighten out the uneven areas but she told me that would be additional costs. I refuse to pay more for something I don’t love. Very disappointed.
