One of the things I LOVE about this spa is how much they give to charities! Every month they have a non-profit of the month and they donate a percentage if profits from it! I even got my rescue pup from them 2 years ago when they were sponsoring SAFE Pet Rescue!! (Best dog I EVER had!). I snapped this photo from one of their recent events and then THIS MONTH they are doing a Light The Night for Lymphoma & Luekemia! They are just good to the core! Oh, and their people are THE BEST!! My skin looks AMAZING!!!

So I was scheduled to have Thermage on my eyes on November 7 2022. I had already done my face and neck. As I arrived to the spa they told me I could not receive this procedure unless I took the pills they prescribed to me. I was extremely upset and distraught, as I suffer from anxiety. I blocked off my whole day to have this procedure done. I don’t take pills and I prefer never to take pills. I have a medical marijuana card and I choose to take things more natural than pills. I was extremely distraught as I left the office due to the fact that I blocked off my whole day for this procedure was ruined Morgan that does this procedure is absolutely amazing. I got a refund that I was extremely disappointed to not receive this procedure in. The owner responded to my review that I left a while ago. I realized that I was upset and so I chose to delete the review. so I decided after calming down due to the fact that I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks I emailed them several times to see if I could still have my eyes done. I have also called several times to see if we could have this procedure done. Would you believe that this company literally has not responded to any emails or phone calls. I definitely do not recommend this spot to anybody. I would stay far away from them and find a different place to go as I am doing myself. The way that the staff treated me was embarrassing and horrible all over not taking the correct pills that they wanted me to take. I will definitely never return to the spa, especially since the fact that they would not respond for me to rebook. There was no empathy or sympathy from any of the staff. I think the bottom line is it’s all about the money. There are so many great spas out there that to better services. I am beyond upset that they have refused to treat me. Ignoring my phone calls and my emails because they want to hold a certain reputation that they do not live up to. Please find another spot. I will not visit this spot ever again.
