I called this place before my appointment because I had misplaced my glasses and was running late. No answer; and no voicemail or answering machine picked up. I waited 15 minutes. Called back and this time I got an answering machine and left the message that I would like to come for the service but I know I’m late and I don’t want to make this trip if there is no one there. (I have never been to a nail business where no one picks up the phone.) About 1/2 hour later, they call and ask why I didn’t come for the appt. I told her I tried twice to come in and was willing to come in but she said it’s too late. She also said she won’t reschedule even though they’ve already been paid. Not only do I NOT recommend this business, I’m unsubscribing to Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon in September of last year with my credit card and this vendor is a scam artist they are still charging me for services I have not received I’ll be sure to report them along with doing several disputes. This place changed hands recently. The new owners renamed it Nail Studio and are just having their grand opening. I went there today and it was great. Nice place, pleasant people, great service and I got a good pedicure at a good price. It’s my new go to place and I definitely recommend it.

They never answer the phone and they are by appointment only. In the past I have gone out of my way to make my appointment in person because nobody answers the phone ever. Like other reviewers they don’t care too much if you have a groupon they do kind of ignore you.

This place didn’t even give me a chance to review their services because they wouldn’t take my Groupon even though it hadn’t expired and they never answer the phone, you call to make an appointment and then they text you back. They didn’t even try to work with me with my groupon, so not going to even try this place. Horrible customer service
