I was here a couple of years ago, visiting family, but because of Covid, could not return sooner. I’m disappointed with your salon. I have always thought highly of the place, and the people there. Not this time, though. My appointment was scheduled for over a week away, which is understandable due to Covid. Three days before my scheduled appointment, they cancelled. No explanation or anything. When I asked the reason and expressed concern, the reply was a simple “everything is fine”. Well that’s great! But still doesn’t explain why they cancelled. Not rescheduled, but cancelled. An explaination would have been professional and courteous.
