Positive: ValueYour Nails is super convenient to where I live, I highly recommend if you just want to get your nails done and get on your way. They are quick and efficient. I usually get a no chip or dip manicure and a pedicure and I am in and out in an hour or less.If you want something a little more spa like and relaxing, I would recommend going somewhere else. Your Nails is super convenient to where I live, I highly recommend if you just want to get your nails done and get on your way. They are quick and efficient. I usually get a no chip or dip manicure and a pedicure and I am in and out in an hour or less.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was at this place few weeks ago. As a walk in customer. First it was a male take care my nails just get it started he was nice and friendly he was talking to me with friendly manners. I was like in mind ok this guy deserves a decent tip if he do my nails but it was a lady who took over my nails. I wasn’t happy about it because the way she work on my nails. She’s working on my nails like she got somewhere to go. She was doing it to fast on my nails.didn’t even ask me ok go wash your you hand like every other nails place ask you to do. She was just keep going and in my mind was like Should I give her tip after this or not. She was just all quiet and working on my nails roughly then when she’s done she didn’t put lotion on my hand like she did to her other customer all she said ok your done my hand was dusty from the work she did on my nails. But I still give her 7$ tip even tho I shouldn’t give her nothing at all for worst service to me. Nope I won’t be coming at this place again.I was at this place few weeks ago. As a walk in customer. I was at this place few weeks ago. As a walk in customer. First it was a male take care my nails just get it started he was nice and friendly he was talking to me with friendly manners. I was like in mind ok this guy deserves a decent tip if he do my nails but it was a lady who took over my nails. I wasn’t happy about it because the way she work on my nails. I understand them clearly so the guy TIM was bashing the customer in the morning & then was warning all the other techs and honestly that was horrible customer service. People come to get nails done with friends sister or even as a couple but at least try to give better customer service not bash them . I understand them clearly so the guy TIM was bashing the customer in the morning & then was warning all the other techs and honestly that was horrible customer service. People come to get nails done with friends sister or even as a couple but at least try to give better customer service not bash them .
