Your Me Time Massage specializes in corrective massage therapy. I address your pain, discomfort, and limited range of motion in shoulder and neck movement, posture issues from sedentary work, hip pain, tendinitis, and chronic back pain. My goal is to listen and understand your concerns and create the best plan for you, while explaining your progress as we work together. I do not charge for additional add-ons, because I enjoy being goal-oriented and my focus is to get you the best results. This means that your first session could be therapeutic massage with stretching included and future sessions could require cupping or a few stones or heat packs, etc. I just want you to feel your best.

You enter into minimalistic comfortable chic decor and are met by the calm, magical wonder named TEMIKA who assesses your need and leads you to what I call, an “escape to positive energy room” . My daughter brought me there as a holistic remedy to an excruciating pinched nerve. I left out of there feeling as if every knotted demon that plagued my body was exorcised! She knows her stuff and is surgical with those hands! Needless to say, I will be returning for follow up visits. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND your “me time” to be spent there! I booked a massage to celebrate my fiancée birthday and Father’s Day. The booking was super simple and very easy to complete. Immediately after booking I received the confirmation and was sent a waiver to complete online to help start the appt. on time and I appreciated that. I booked the couples Nirvana package (I believe that is what it was called), so they created a playlist of songs that I suggested, we had a cup of wine, bottled water, and chocolates for us in the room. We were greeted by the owner Meek (spell check) and Chis. They were both super personable and seemed really down to earth. They took care of us the entire time. I was a newbie, so Chris took really good care of me. They both held conversations with us and made us feel comfortable. I honestly didn’t know what to expect especially as far as items ( under clothing) to remove but Chris was super patient and understanding. My fiancée had Meek and she Immediately identified areas that he needed attention to and worked on them until she was able to remove the knots. After the massage he said he fell asleep so I know that he enjoyed himself. I will definitely book with them again in the near future. I will be super prepared and will make sure that I have a pedicure and they looked bad, believe me as my feet were massaged too (It was literally a full body.) I enjoyed the experience. An absolutely perfect experience. From start to finish they had it all. As first timers of a couples massage we were skeptical about the process but they were respectful of our privacy and aware of how to ease our (mostly my husbands) mind. Total professionals, every detail was meticulously observed from the music, lighting, candles and chocolate. Their massages will relax you and allow you to float off to sleep. I appreciate their chemistry as a team as well. My husband is a jokester so he often times tried to break the silence with comedy and they rolled right with it. The only part I would recommend is ladies don’t bring your husband to ruin the mood thinking he is Kevin Hart and waking you up! We will absolutely be booking them again!
