I went to this place last week. I got several services done by Esther. She burned my upper lip and eye brows when she was waxing me. It kept burning for a few hours. Thank God nothing happened to my eyes. They put a lot of things on my face now it is itchy all over.

I paid $55 for a fill, which is fine, but then I got cut by the file drill. Also, the gel polish was not cured right so my thumb nail polish started peeling the day after. I was looking for salons in the area that do acrylics and decided to give Young’s a call. The woman who answered the phone said that they did do acrylics and made my appointment. When I sat down with the woman doing my nails, she tried to convince me to do gels for a discounted price. I rejected the offer, as I genuinely like my acrylics, and she went on for about 15 minutes with her sales pitch. When I wouldn’t relent, she told me that she doesn’t have acrylic fill, but she does have a variation of it (which was of course more expensive than an acrylic fill). Given that I really needed my nails done, I said this was fine (even though I could’ve gotten my acrylics for $10 cheaper elsewhere). The woman doing my nails was visibly angry with her inability to convince me to do gels while filing my nails down and doing the fill. She filed ON TOP of my cuticle and didn’t notice until I started bleeding. My nails look good, aside from my botched cuticle, which is the only reason why the salon gets a two. I guess that if you’re getting the manicure they want to give you, they’ll do a good job….
