This is an amazing hair salon! I have avoided hair salons for so many years because every time I went to one I didn’t like my haircut. This wonderful lady understood my requests and gave me a phenomenal cut that was exactly what I wanted, and that gave me so much confidence. She was so kind and hospitable, and gave me great advice about keeping my hair healthy. The haircut was a very good price, especially considering that I had a lot of damaged hair. I will definitely be going there again!!! Love love love ^^

She cut my hair much shorter than I asked her to but I let it go because I thought it was a good cut at first. Today a good friend told me my haircut looked chunky and uneven so I had someone take pictures of the back to see. The layers only go halfway across and it’s jagged and chunky, not a gradient. I grew my hair out for close to 4 years so I could have long hair that was thick and healthy and this cost me years of progress, not to mention what will have to get cut off trying to fix this.

I would suggest not coming if you have a specific haircut in mind. I’ve been growing my hair out for the last 1-2 years to get long hair with wavy layers. I specifically said a couple times I want a trim, the hair length stay the same, and to have the ~layers~ start at my shoulders. But then 6” was cut off so my hair is now close to my shoulders because she thought my hair was too long. It is not at all what I wanted. It looks ok for a shoulder length haircut, but I did not at all want a shoulder length haircut, I have been intentionally trying to grow out my hair. I have been to many hair salons, the stylist usually double checks/confirms when they are going to cut off to a certain length, especially if it’s a significant amount. If there is confusion about the style, they ask for pictures. But it seems like she had an idea in mind how my hair should look and did that without asking me before it was too late. I also feel like she was in a rush to get me out so she could talk to the other customer getting a hair treatment, the haircut only lasted 10-15 minutes max, whereas most other places usually take at least 30-45 min because my hair (was) long and thick.
