I had an appt for my sons. When I got there she said I was late! I got there at 6:09 and my appt was at 6:15, she said my appt was at 6pm. I showed her the confirmation text for 6:15 and she said it must have been a mistake. She said i would have to reschedule! Even when I asked if you could please do one of their haircuts. The answer was NO!
