We just moved here and was overdue for a pedicure. Wanted someplace close to home. I chose Young Nail and Spa Salon. Very happy with my pedicure. It was a quite place with music playing. I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to be honest about this place because the existing reviews confuse me. First of all, I appreciate the Covid caution. But my manicure had bubbles in it from her using too much top coat. And I can’t for the life of me understand why you wouldn’t wear gloves doing pedicures. I asked for him to wear gloves and they didn’t accommodate me until 10 minutes into the pedicure. At this point I had asked twice. The kicker though, is I don’t see them using a sterile process for their tools/files! I was so uncomfortable the whole time, because everything looked questionable. They made me pay up front ($50 for a regular mani and pedi….) so I felt stuck. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Nice people, they did a good job but sterilization is the most important thing, and I just don’t believe they prioritize that like other places.

I am new to Milford and was looking for a nail salon, in advance of the Easter holiday, so I knew I would be fighting crowds. I made an appointment to get my nails done at Young Nails in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday – I could not believe that this place was totally empty! This is an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Milford. In terms of COVID-19 protocols, they were very meticulous and I felt very safe. (Helped to have the whole place to myself, like a private spa experience.) I had a regular manicure and regular pedicure, which were very reasonably priced and nicely done. While my nails were drying (and they brought the dryer to me), they provided a 10-minute massage as well. The couple who runs Young Nails could not be nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend this salon and will be back!

What a lovely experience!! I had to find a new salon after frequenting the same salon for 6 years. I tried several in Milford and was very disappointed. Today I tried Young Nails. They were EXCELLENT! My UV gel nails turned out beautiful and the pedicure was so relaxing. Try this family owned salon. You won’t be disappointed!!!!
