First off I’ve give this place a couple tries and each time I regret it. This last time my massage chair didn’t work and that’s not a huge deal, but just annoying. During the pedicure though the girl barely trimmed my nails nor did she do most of the stuff that come with the pedicure such as pushing back the cuticle well or doing the sugar scrub. After paying I was waiting for my nails to dry and I looked at them and the nails were all cut crooked and the polish was not applied well at all. I could see through it completely as in there was clearly only one coat applied and the polish was all over the skin around my nails. If I had looked at them before I payed I would not have tipped. Overall I will not be coming back even though this is right by my house and very convenient, which is why I gave it as many tries as I did.

I have been to Young Nails many times and I usually love it. This time I was really disappointed. We had an appointment right when they opened and there was only one other person in the salon when we got there. They were super short and rude right from the start. They gave my friend an attitude and made snarky remarks to her when she didn’t like the color once it was on her nails and she even ended up with multiple crooked nails. I usually speak so highly of the place, but I couldn’t believe the terrible service we received today. We will probably not be back.

This place sucks. I asked for an acrylic fill (I had acrylic done at a different salon that was too far out of the way and Young is closer to my house), but they failed to tell me they only offer “UV acrylic” until my nails were already halfway done. “UV acrylic” is about double the price of regular. I paid 55 dollars for a FILL (before tip!!!) that was poorly done with no attention to detail. The edges are rough and snag on my clothes, and they never even bothered to ask if I liked the shape, which are all really uneven. At one point, the nail tech chipped off the end of my thumb nail and told me it was my fault for moving my thumb, but then never fixed it…. Just painted over the uneven chipped nail. I’m pretty irritated because it was insanely expensive and my nails look like garbage.
