IN ALL THE NAIL SHOPS I HAVE BEEN TO THIS TAKES THE CAKE! Rude Like we owe them something in OUR COUNTRY! 36 for pedi understandable but the more skin you take off THE HIGHER THE PAY! SERIOUSLY! If I could give a negative star I would. This place is horrible ! The customer service is nonexistent and the work is horrible. I visited for a pedicure did not properly remove the original polish prior to applying the new polish. Didn’t shape, remove dead skin or anything When I inquired about the appearance of my nail, the tech was very unprofessional and rude. Not quality work at all. I left looking like a toddler painted my toes. I will definitely NOT be back

I really wish I would of seen all the reviews before I went. Pricing is insanely high. Ive never in my life have paid $43 dollars for a REFILL!! Not only are the prices insane the customer service was sub par. I asked the guy to trim down my nails he just cuts them off and asked if the length was ok. I guess so since you already chopped it off. None of my nails are the same length as the opposite hand. He didnt even put any cuticle oil on afterwards. I definitely wont be back.

I honestly believe is done on purpose, because I told them my nails were uneven and the polish was horrible. They were rude and didn’t apologize for messing up my nails or cutting my finger. And to top it all off the guy took the paper towel that had my blood on it and used it to wipe his hand he had no gloves on and didn’t wash his hands . Please take my advise and not waste your time or money. Ps I wouldn’t give this place no stars but it wouldn’t let me post until I selected a star.This place is horrible!! I honestly believe is done on purpose, because I told them my nails were uneven and the polish was horrible. They were rude and didn’t apologize for messing up my nails or cutting my finger. Worst nail salon EVER! I most definitely will not be back. My nails looked better when I got there compared to what they looked like when I left. Polish was EVERYWHERE and they did NOT clean it up. Prices are NOT the same as they have posted. Do NOT risk it, do NOT waste your time, and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ll never make this mistake EVER again!

Absolutely the worse nail place i have ever been too, the woman made me bleed three time. There are gaps where she missed my nail on the sides. None of them look the same and when i told her this she responded with “no one will be looking that close”. She painted over my cutical. My nails look worse now than they did when i walked in. I went in as a party of 5. Three of us needed refills and one full set. The last was only an eyebrow wax. Not one of us of us enjoyed our experience. I got my nails done two days ago and they’re already starting to come up! When asked to cut my nails, the guy did jus that and only that. He didn’t file the or shape them. When I complained of them being uneven he said, “Look fine.” and moved on. My sister complained on of her nails was messed up and the last jus put clear polish over it, and the pregnant one hurt my mom’s fingers badly.
