This was my first time at Young Nails and was very pleased with the attention to detail I received on my powder dip manicure…. The manicurist filed my nails the same length and thoroughly cut my cuticles… two things that other nail salons are pretty sloppy with… I hope they continue the great service into the future because it’s definitely my new nails spot!

Very impressed by cleanliness, attention and professionalism. I was on and out quickly. My nails were done with much satisfaction. I wanted to personally tip the manicurist but the person I paid preferred that i leave the tip at the front desk. She literally stopped me and said “no, ill do it.”. Usually when this happens, the cashier will immediately let the manicurist know they received a tip. This one did not…even when she walked over to me and said good bye. Next time, I will tip while still seated at the station. I don’t always agree with the shared tip agenda.

Alright so , I went to this nail spot and if I’m on google writing a bad review it’s cause im clearly unhappy and first time doing the review stuff by the way but it’s good so y’all know .. Honestly came to this spot because my nail spot was closed on that day. Got my nails done now I’m getting charged I say why’s so much lady tells me you got gel . So I say ok ? But I didn’t ask for that , so I originally came in with powdered nails on from previous nail salon . Why would they just slap on gel over it ? I don’t know. Ever since my nails been falling and chipping apart . I went back and told them hey can you fix up one of my nails that ended up broken for no reason / they tried to charge me for it. Thought that wasn’t fair and greedy. Also don’t like when they rush me to pick the color for my nails . Don’t rush your customers their suppose to feel relaxed
