I had a very disappointing experience here recently with tear trough filler (my eyes look more hollow underneath and I have several uneven bumps on my right side) and botox (on day 5 after the botox my eyelids started sagging and the natural arch to my eyebrows has diminished). I don’t know that I would be posting this if the staff had handled my concerns better when I reached out about the filler issue. Instead of working with me to try to find a solution (They didn’t offer for me to come in to look at, and refused to consider my request to have the filler dissolved) they said how they told me that I would be lumpy and to just wait it out. They only told me I would be lumpy AFTER doing the filler. If they had told me that this procedure, which they were aware that I had never done before, had a high chance of looking very bumpy, I would not have done it. I leave for what I would say is the trip of a lifetime on Thursday, and to have my face look like this is just truly disappointing. Both my children have asked why I have bumps on my face.
