I went there on Sept. 25th. The lady that did my pedicure poked me with the tools on the side on my toe nail. It was extremely painful and was sore for the rest of the day. I had pain the following day and did not go away, became difficult to walk. Went to urgent care 4 days later and told me it was infected and had a soft tissue infection. It’s still not better and now I have to see a specialist.

Had an appointment at 11. Didn’t start until 11:45. Then after prepping my feet the girl just left and started working on someone else. Said she couldn’t do gel nails and I would have to wait until another lady was available to do them. It’s 12:30 at this point and I just left. They are not mindful or caring of their customers time at all. Nobody wants to spend their entire afternoon in a nail salon! They ask you to make an appointment and then have you sitting there all day. Appointments are for a REASON – be more respectful of customer time!

I had to come back to have a nail repaired(gel polish came off after 4 days). Because I came 7 days later ( was out of town) to have fixed I was accused of lying about when it came off. Mind you I offered to pay for their mistake. Not only was the accusation disrespectful but the fact that it was done in front of all the customers being that she stated it from across the room while working on another customer’s nails. I feel that was very unprofessional and should have been handled a complete different way. I will not return to this place again!

Very friendly. Loved my design and got lots of compliments but I have already lost 2 nails in just under 2 weeks and at least 2 more loose, so they are not very strong. Both strength and beauty at the same time would be great. My pedicure was awesome and she took her time and helped me shed my winter feet to become summertime fine! Lol. Overall, solid place to get your nails done.

They took me right away at 4 pm on Halloween and although I am sure the staff were eager to get out of there, they did a great job and my feet are feeling softer with a fresh coat of paint!

The person that sits as you walk in is so rude and unprofessional, I called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures and when I got there she said I only schedule one, when I got there she said she would only do one pedicure and took another person for a pedicure that walked in after me. She argued with me saying I was wrong and if I wanted the pedicure I had to wait until the person that got there after me got his pedicure … after I left my mom stayed there because they had already started her pedicure she said that woman is crazy! not knowing the lady that stayed was my mom!
