Jessica listened to me and suggested carmel highlights. She did a fantastic job! I feel so beautiful! The whole experience was awesome, even the other stylists were very friendly and encouraging. I am new to the area and needed to re-establish with a hairstylist. The salon was beautiful and laid out nicely. Erica gave me an amazing haircut and I feel so blessed to have found her- I am trying to grow out my hair after losing it from Chemotherapy last year and was at a loss as to what type of trim I needed. Besides giving her a challenge with a very technical short hair cut , Erica was professional and very sweet. I am looking forward to trusting her with my hair again!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I love this salon so much!!! They have such an amazing environment and staff here, and they are all very engaged in their jobs and put in so much effort. My stylist was Erica Cusanelli, and she did such an amazing job! She gave me tips and was completely honest about what I wanted, she is very passionate about her work and showed me some of her former clients, and wow they all looked so amazing! Went to Hot Springs for a quick weekend getaway and decided to look around on Google maps for a decent hair salon that would take a quick walk-in.. Ended up going to this place on Friday evening and Erica was amazing at helping me my hair felt so dead and the length alone was killing me I haven’t had it cut in like 2 years my hair was black on top and the ends where kinda faded pink and she recommended some red highlights. It still came out amazing despite my dumb self using black box dye about a week prior Erica did an amazing job at making my hair feel new and overall I feel so much better about it. I can’t thank her enough and she was so nice and talkative I only took a couple short clips after getting it styled and just realized while making this review that I can only post pics but rest assured that I’m one happy customer and would love to visit again!!
