Made an appointment and the minute I walked in I could feel the unprofessionalism. The nail techs, except for one whose name I don’t remember(she was very nice and was doing wonderful nail art, very talented) seemed to have a bad attitude and seemed to not really want to be there. I had scheduled an acrylic set and a pedicure. I left with scratches on my feet from the pumice that was used to roughly and in a hurry because the nail tech that I had booked had somewhere to be and only had time to rush through my pedicure. She then handed me off to another tech that was supposed to do my acrylics which I wanted done as my birthday set… I was so disappointed.

my nails are stunning!! first I need to rave about the service, Jade was so careful, informative, and talented.. she achieved my desired look to a tea and did not disappoint, both her and Tasha brainstormed with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and how to achieve this look. The salon is clean and inviting, I felt well taken care of and this was the most comfortable experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. will 100% be coming to “You got nailed” from here on out!!

Went in for a walk-in today. This was the first time I’ve gotten my nails done where the technician was super gentle and didn’t cut me! My nails also turned out beautifully. Monique was an awesome tech! ❤️ Will definitely be returning.

I’m Start with Omg . Like seriously the customer service was beyond 5 stars. I’m not sure if it was the extreme professionalism, the consistent asking if we were ok or the offering of refreshments such as cold water, and pizza but I was extremely impressed. Now I will address the services I received top notch all nails are done with gel and I add on a lavender foot scrub and it was amazing and the nail technician were amazing they did such a great job on my feet and nails. I will be returning this is my new nail salon and I live an hour away and I don’t care I will be back every two weeks.

If you dont get your nails done here, you’re missing out! The ambiance was so relaxing and they play great music. I got the opulence manicure by someone named jane and she made me feel very comfortable. All around great experience.
