When I first walked into the salon I was immediately greeted. The owner had a very positive attitude and she was bright as a person. I went in to get double strands and they had one of the best shampoo services I had ever gotten. My hair felt clean and moisturized. Then my stylist started on the blow dry which was good to. The twists came out beautiful. The energy was so nice and I totally recommend coming here. The prices are very affordable.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over a year now. I’ve never been disappointed. The wash is always lovely. Never too hot never too cold. My hair ALWAYS comes out how i want it to. Visited this Salon for the first time, just to try new salon in area, the owner was courteous, but the service was poor. Had shampoo and press, had to remind young lady I could not even feel water on my scalp as the water pressure was so low during shampoo and had to remind her to shampoo properly. My hair felt stiff after conditioning. The press was awe full, no bounce, my hair felt so dry and flat. Went home, had to redo. Had to remind her to wear a mask as her nose was dripping. Would not recommend.

The owner communicates very well and is very organized & flexible with meeting clients scheduling needs. I have been going for over a year and I haven’t seen an unhappy customer! The owner is not professional. She had my daughter waiting for 2 hours before she started washing her hair. And I told her she wanted a blow out and her hair styled.The curls were flat. To top it off she got loud with me and ghetto and told me she was going to charge me $75 even after I told her that I wasn’t satisfied. This is not the way you treat customers. I’m so disappointed with everything. It’s ashame because we try and always support black owned businesses and then look what happened. She took advantage of my daughter and gave her the style that was fast instead of what my daughter wanted.

She also has a way with color, I’ve yet to be disappointed and I do not foresee ever being disappointed.
