She really listens to what you want and takes her time to ensure that you are happy with the results. Needles are not my favorite, but Rhonda is always checking in with me while she’s injecting to make sure I am comfortable which I REALLY appreciate. She helped me even out my asymmetrical lips and add just the right amount of volume so they look natural and SO pretty. I honestly don’t know what to say here. I would never come back or recommend this place ever! Very bad customer service. So, it was my first time there, I called and asked if I could come in to do Botox for my forehead, as I was close to the place. The lady on the phone asked how long it would take me to be there, I told her around 10 to 12 minutes, she said yes you can come. I arrived there after 15 mins, when I walked in, the lady on the front desk ( very rudely) said let me see if they can take you, then another lady showed from inside, telling me I’m the one who was speaking to you, and you are late, we have appointment after 10 mins, and we are not able to take yours. ( HOW ON EARTH, they told me to come and then said they have another appointment after 10 minutes? I’ve done many Botox in other places, and as a first time client, as everyone knows, there is some papers that need to be filled out, and then should give you the time you need to explain what you want, before doing Botox, is it right? ) or they were assuming something else. And the most thing upset me here, the bad attitude I had received from the receptionist, who was not polite at all, and never bothered herself to apologize for not being organized and for wasting my time going there. THAT’S TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
