Extremely Rude. I called to schedule an appointment in advanced for next week. And I called (google says they are open till 9PM, I called at 7:50PM) Wasn’t even making an appointment for today. The lady answered and after I said I wanted to schedule an appointment she said “We closed” and hung up. Like you wouldn’t be answering phones if your closed. And I called her back and she picked up, cause there not closed. And I told her that appointment wasn’t for tonight and that is extremely rude, and she just hung up again. SUPER UNPROFFESSIONAL. I was making an appointment for me and a bunch of girls to get our nails and feet done for an event, and they just lost of a lot of money. Going somewhere else.

Great service and very skilled. Came here to get my nails done for my wedding with nail art and they did a fantastic job designing my vision. Recommend booking an appointment and setting aside 1-2 hours because they’re very detailed and take their time and good care of your nails. Just left this place to get a gel manicure. Approximately around 4:30pm and the lady said she don’t have enough time to service me when the place closed at 9pm!! It wasn’t even that many customers in there. Soon as I walked into the place they all looked at me! I feel like I was discriminated because I’m African American!!! Not acceptable!!!

Avoid this location at all cost. Recently did a nail down here, but the paint start to going mess of. The adjutant color has been mixed up. And the paint start to come to my cloth. The merchant refused to refund. Spend lots money here but the poor dollar quality.

You attempt to call them and if you speak English they would automatically say “bye call you back” and they will not return your phone call. I guess you have to be within their culture for them to respect you. Do not give these people business they are very unprofessional. I’ve been here three times. This place has horrible customer service. You attempt to call them and if you speak English they would automatically say “bye call you back” and they will not return your phone call. I guess you have to be within their culture for them to respect you. Do not give these people business they are very unprofessional. I’ve been here three times.
