I made an appointment in advance due to a horrific rash I was having. I was on time, ( this appt was 9/22/22). I showed up on time, they got me in on time. The NP looked at it, determined what it WASNT but didnt know what it was. They ordered a ” punch test) like a biopsy, and said to come back to remove the stitches in 10 days. Also said that the test results should be back in 5-7 days.

My first visit was last year. I seen Dr.Yoon he was friendly and straight to the point. I was looked over head to toe and several issues addressed. Biopsy taken of tattoo and skin tags removed in my first appointment. It was great that I didn’t have to come back. However I called for another issue a few days ago and was told I can no longer be seen as a patient. All because I missed one appointment due to an emergency. That’s a little over the top. I would have gladly paid a cancellation fee. I won’t be recommending this practice in the future and hope to find a more understanding dermatologist.

I wasn’t super thrilled to have to go and have a skin cancer removed from my face, but Dr. Yoon was very calm and patient with me doing everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. I have a HUGE fear of needles, stitches, and pretty much anything painful and I really appreciated that his staff was understanding and took the time to let me be calm and feel more in control.
