I have never had the confidence to dye or highlight my hair. It was super long and dead and I only planned to cut it and took a leap of faith and it came out beyond amazing. I’m super thankful for Sara as I didn’t schedule highlights originally and she accommodated me with our hesitation and ease. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending anyone I know to this salon. The atmosphere was very welcoming from beginning to end. The front desk (I’m sorry I don’t think I got her name) was very attentive and friendly and always made sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. I loved that I didn’t go in and just get a haircut like usual but I had great conversation with EVERYONE. Terrible time-management and absolute lack of consideration for the time of others. I made an appointment and organized my schedule around said appointment. When I arrive I was told without much explanation that I had to wait 40 minutes. The hairdresser that was supposed to see me didnt even acknowledge me or offer any sort of apology for the delay.
