The Keratin treatment she used on my hair pretty much washed off the first time I washed my hair after she styled it. I’m so disappointed cause I paid over $300 for services in one visit and I had nothing to show for it after I washed and attempted to style my own hair.

Very rude and mean spirited. Raised voice and was angry I had tangles in my hair. Used strong force to rip the tangles out and literally ripped hair from my scalp. Was in tears… so disappointed and hurt by the lack of care and understanding that I was still a human being. Ripped my hair from my scalp and then continued to yell at me saying it was my fault that my hair was damaged and said you now have alopecia and need to buy my products to regrow your hair I ripped from your head.
