I went to this place and had a terrible experience I had postpartum depression and my husband decided to let me go to a salon and do something new to myself I was wanting a perm and I usually go to marianas but she was going to be busy so I went to this place and when ever we started I asked the lady not to cut my hair and that’s the first thing she did she was trying to hide it but i could hear the scissor I tried to trust the process then she had me there waiting…she asked me to wait some 15 more mnts. And then she would take 30 or more mnts to come back bc she was wanting to cut every other client’s hair and she told me the same thing for several hrs just to wait certain mnts and take longer and my head was itching bad but also someone else came and did a perm too and left before I did when she took everything and rinsed of I could see so much hair already falling she kept on trying to hide it and cheer me up saying it looked nice with my blond highlights on and I was just holding on my tears …..not to say that my hair went from being from my hips to almost a Bob style and yes she did had a pic of what I wanted before we started and it was nothing alike I paid 300 dollars and on my first shower all my highlights fell and half of my hair went of and it was not bc of breast feeding i had already done perms before so i knew how the process was gonna be she just left me behind too long and by the time she took it off she had already fried it. I went home that day and cried to my husband…..
