My Wife went there for highlights and charged $300.00 and saw the picture of the color she wanted. Yolanda guaranteed us saying it will be the same. When she was done it was not done correctly.. Not even close so Yolanda says I will give you your money back but I will have to dye your to your original color and sign a paper saying where not responsible for the damage. Than you can get our money back.. Ya like anybody is going to do that little kid tantrum agreement. So she gets mad and calls the police. And ask the police to ask her to leave… So you screw up and even the cop sees it and won’t give the money back or even part of it unless . You spend more time and chemicals really destroying my wife’s hair and to make sure it’s bad enough. Here sign a waiver saying I’m going to really distroy your hair for your refund please sign off. You are a very poor professional… You have not seen or heard the last from us

Took my children in for a haircut. Have been coming here since before I was married. Today when I walked in the woman behind the counter never even acknowledged us, she was scrolling or messaging on her phone. Asked me what haircut but never even looked at us, still on her phone. When I asked her if she wanted us to come back so she could finish what she was doing she got super defensive. I asked for Yolanda and she replied well she isn’t here but you can call her. I called Yolanda and her apology went from I’m so sorry to how would you like to join my life insurance team? Needless to say they have lost a long time customer.
