I love Yoko’s she’s so kind and is very talented with doing hair! when I came in and said I needed a new hair style but vaguely described what I liked she knew exactly what do to. I love my hair and will be coming here from now on! she also speaks Japanese, which is a huge plus to the many Japanese people that live in Novi.

Amazing women with beautiful spirit. But she ruined my hair from the scalp. Had my hair straitened which is a 350$ process for short hair. She flattened my hair to my head so that when it grew out it was permanently bent at 90° angle. Most snapped off on the top of my head. I’ve had this done by someone else before and turned out beautiful pin straight.

I am not sure if this old Asian lady was drunk, could not understand English or just doing it on purpose, but she completely ignored my requests and just kept on talking in the heaviest Asian accent the entire time while. It was so awkward trying to make conversation with her while she ruined my hair. She clearly must have not lived in this country very long because I barely understood the English she was speaking. I am not sure if this old Asian lady was drunk, could not understand English or just doing it on purpose, but she completely ignored my requests and just kept on talking in the heaviest Asian accent the entire time while.
