Bridget has been teaching gymnastics, dance, and yoga for over thirty years. I believe we can age gracefully if we put the work in like our car engines need oil and rotten wood in our home needs to be replaced every twenty years. Our bodies are the same. We need maintenance. Meditate, yoga or stretch, light weights, low impact cardio, eat healthy with a little cheating, and drink a lot of water every week.
