I got the WORST gel manicure here. I’ve never had such a bad experience like this before. It hasn’t even been two weeks and my nails have chipped. My cuticles are painful, red, and damaged. I was so upset with my experience the day of service and I still gave a tip, but the man I went with was not happy with the amount. I gave $5 but I really should have gave $0. My nails look horrible and they feel horrible. A gel mani should last more than just a few days. I don’t even have a job that would ruin my nails. I will NEVER come back here. I suggest you don’t either.

Usually don’t write reviews. But this place is terrible. While I was picking the color for my manicure the lady started filing her own nails with the same filer she did my nails (she used it before me) not clean at all…. It was a bit gross to see that but I decided to stay. After that, she was so aggressive with my nails! My fingers look disgusting by now. Also, the gel is already falling off (I got my nails done less than a week ago) never coming back to this place and never recommending it to anyone. I also paid an extra $2 for no apparent reason, was way too pissed to even ask. So I paid the amount presented even when their board had a different price.

I made an appointment for 2pm on a Friday and was seated before time. Quick and neat. $35 (with tax and tip) for my first gel mani and I loved it. I just moved to NYC from the Deep South! I needed a new home salon and I’m so glad I found them’

I being sopport this business for 3 year special in the pandemic, The last time I went and will be the last, the owner or manager was very rude and I was nervous about doing everything quickly. She gave me a pedicure that only lasted 2 days. I lost $30 including the tip, and they are not up to date with products and designs. We are not at a time when a customer loses money due to poor service.

Good service, the price is right, and we went early in the day, so we had the pleasure of watching them prep – they took good care to check and clean each bottle of polish. They took a few shortcuts, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect for a $25 mani/pedi in NYC. I was happy with the outcome!

This place is very unprofessional! I’ve been there once, my first experience was with Andy , I hated my nails. It was so thick and messy! So I heard Mary is so good, I made an appointment , when I got there, they said oh Mary isn’t here today, and the lady who was there “Nancy” started laughing and try to make it not a big deal, when she saw I was mad she called the manager and gave the phone to me, she said she is sorry but Mary isn’t coming today because she called last night at 10 pm and she said her son is sick! They could have just called me! I would never go back

Worst place I’ve ever been. Would give it 0 starts if I could. The employees were rude and dismissive. They were not receptive to feedback. They started my nails then left me to tend to another guest for 30 minutes. Horrified by the quality of my nails as well. Would not return and would not recommend. Save yourself the strife.
