I have been to many nail salons in the treasure valley, and none of them compare to YN in the slightest!!!! Being gentle with my hands is at the very top of my priority list as I am a very bad nail biter, and every salon I’ve been to hurts me and causes bleeding while working on me, whereas every person at YN has been incredibly gentle with my hands and make it a pleasant experience getting my nails done. Secondly, they always make sure that I am satisfied with my nails through each step before moving onto the next, which is also a big deal to me because when technicians rush through the job I usually end up unsatisfied. Not here! They’re incredibly kind, they always make me feel welcome here, and they even tolerate my indecisiveness when I can’t decide on a color or design. They’re patient with me, they always make me smile. This part isn’t AS important, but everyone here is also an exceptional conversationalist so it’s very easy to feel at home here and I always leave laughing. I was referred here by an old coworker, and I cannot thank her enough. I will never go anywhere else ever again, I bring all my friends and family here, and recommend it to every mail loving person I meet. TRULY exceptional service. Above and beyond. I love this salon so much I don’t think any length or description will ever be enough!!! Please please please come give them a try. Yen and Hau are definitely my favorites but every single person here does an absolutely phenomenal job. Please give them the opportunity to wow them the way they wowed me, next time you get your nails done

I had a very pleasant experience at YN Nails. The gentleman who did my nails was kind and gentle. The water in the pedicure basin was not very warm at first, so requested for more hot water to be added and he happily obliged. I walked out of the store being very happy with my nails.

I’ve been here multiple times before and have always loved the work they do. However today I didn’t have such a great experience. I came in with a reference picture and while the design is amazing, the lady who did my nails was very rough and seemed like she was annoyed the entire time. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted and when she filed the sides of my nails she did it so much that she cut my skin. My nails are uneven and the polish isn’t smooth and it is a little messy looking. I hope the next time I come I have a better experience.

The service here is fantastic and they do a great job. The purple set was my first time in and I loved them. Blue/pink set is the fill I got today. Thank you Kim! So happy to have found my new nail spot. Though it does get pricey with certain options (which is expected with my long nails.)

Critical: QualityNot good at all. Never got asked the length or shape I wanted. She did them fast only cause of how rushed she was while doing my set. I have cuts on every finger. Not happy at all. There’s air bubbles on my nails as well as streaks from the polish. I have crooked nails and they’re lumpy. For 50$ not worth it at all. (57$ since I was kind enough to leave a tip. Totally regret it) Didn’t want to make a scene or be rude. But never would I ever pay for these kinds of nails. With all truth I honestly shouldn’t have paid. I should deserve my money back. Very upset. I called and made an appointment. So I see no need on why she was being so rushed doing my nails. Especially being so harsh. I have already shared with everyone on my social media that this is not a place I would ever recommend. And everyone on social media agreed. So I will never be going back , and neither will the people who I’ve shared this with. Keep in mind I was nice the whole time. I really should’ve said something and stood my ground. I have been to many nail salons and this was not the worst, but was not even close to being the best. The lady was very short with me and did not want to listen to how I wanted them done. I got French tips and the edges of my nails are not even painted, there’s paint all over my fingers and hang nails on several fingers. My nail shape is square on some fingers and rounded on others. The polish isn’t even close to my cuticles there for I will need to get them done much sooner. The prices were also much to high.
