Critical: Professionalism, QualitySpent $50 for a 30 min massage ($10 tip) and the woman was on the phone for 1/3 of the time not doing anything. She didn’t speak english so she didn’t understand what I wanted and honestly felt very uncomfortable. Not clear what the services are and overall just wouldn’t recommend. Feel ripped off.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy husband picked this place out for me to get a massage for my birthday. I went in got a one hour massage, it was ok to rough for my liking and couldn’t relax . So then when I go to pay , they wanted $70? I was confused I said it’s $50 she pointed to tip sheet. I said I have cash for a tip, she watched me pull out money then counted it , I gave $15 which I felt forced to give that when I didn’t enjoy the service. She counted it and said $20 over and over . I said I gave you $15 , I have never had a service done when someone pretty much was forcing me to tip the amount they want ! Plus I didn’t know I got charged $2 fee for using my card. I believe that was very unprofessional to ask for more money when I gave over 20% tip !
