I had permanent lower lid eye liner done today and Zoey. Now 5 months later things are very different after my 8 week touch up per recommendation it went horribly wrong I ended up at urgent care w a staph infection in both eyes alot of redness, pain green drainage eyes matted shut so I’ve seen additional doctors and another tattoo artist that’s done this work and was told the same thing It was either unsterile equiment, bad ink or both and on top the ink ran well below my eyeliner should be and is now permanently damaged my skin under my eyes, it looks like it’s been shaded w an off gray blue eyeliner. I’m beyond frustrated all due to improper tattooing so I will be seeking legal advice on what to do. I’ve contacted the business and told to message back after the holidays DO YOUR RESESRCH AND CHECK FIR OROPER CRITERIA. I’m beyond upset this is my face and its permanent. Weeks of suffering and noway to get rid of this mess!! BE CAREFUL

The first time I went I had an amazing experience with the couples deep tissue massage. I just went recently and got a couples deep tissue massage. The lady answered the phone during my massage and also addressed a customer that walked in during the massage so I was just laying there while my partner was get a massage. Then somehow my massage was completed first when it was interrupted twice. Also, I paid with a card and wanted to tip in cash but before I could get the cash out the lady said “No tip honey!??” which I thought was rude. I was dissapointed and do not think I will be returning.

Well, that was severely disappointing. Had gone for a massage today after having visited LIF in the past. I think the last time I may have had the owner? Anyway today’s massage was terrible. It was less relaxing than those “back rubs” you would do at the beginning of choir rehearsal. It was more like the attempt at a massage you might get while someone lathers in your sunscreen. I can’t imagine the girl I had had any training in massage whatsoever. She managed to knead straight on bone and “stretch” in uncomfortable ways. She finished by using a warm towel (sounds nice) which was freezing by the time she was finished — what seemed like wiping the oil off. There was a final unexpected tapping and then she was done. I felt more anxious at the end than when I started. I love a good massage and have had many and this is the worst I’ve ever had. That includes the pre-choir ones! What a waste of a ton of money.

Worst massage ever. The guy knowingly kept massaging and saying “I know I’m hurting you” and continued for the the entire hour! I repeatedly told him he was hurting me but that didn’t help. I was sore for three days after and felt like I had gotten beat up. I was there for a relaxing couples massage and this was anything but that. If you looking to be in pain for a week after your massage this is the place to go.
