I thought I shared my review a few days ago, but it didn’t come through. My daughter and I both had the most painful pedicures of our lives just about 1 week ago. We both had bloody big toes as a result of having our ingrown toenails removed. I asked Yiemy to stop because the pain was so bad I thought I would pass out. She said you can’t stop in the middle. Then, at the end, a new customer arrived and Yiemy left to service her. She didn’t say thank you or I’m sorry or anything. I could see that the big toe was only half painted, probably due to the drying blood. So I asked Yiemy to fix it and she had someone else do it. On the way out, my daughter begged me to never bring her back to that place. When I got home, I noticed that my other toes weren’t fully painted either. I posted the photographic documentation. Yiemy’s solicitous response below makes no sense. She knew exactly what was happening at the time. She and her coworker both heard us crying out with pain and they both had to treat the bloody toes a couple of times with special medicine. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews here. It’s been 6 days and my big toe is still in pain. It’s probably infected. There’s no chance in hell we’ll be back.
