Fabulous service. I got a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. It was lovely. The foot massage was great. I also took my 5 yo to get a manicure and spa pedicure and the pricing was so reasonable. The lady doing my daughter’s nails was so sweet to her and made her feel very comfortable to be there. I’m from out of town and would absolutely come here again next time.

I have been going to Essence Nails for 5 years, and always used Ally. She is the Best! And you can understand her! She is so kind and goes the extra mile for her clients. She has moved here to YI Nails and Spa, which is under new management! I see a lot of bad reviews that are outdated, so this must have been before the NEW owners bought it. If you used ALLY, you will want to follow her here. We all love her (my elder lady friends). The only reason I did not give it 5 * is the pedicure given by someone else was not up to my expectations. I like someone to give a good foot and leg massage. The toenails are fine, but maybe a little more attention is needed for pedicures. As for Ally, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

DO NOT go to this nail salon. I have literally been getting my nails done since I was 14 (I’m 27) and I’ve been to so many nail salons in both GA and FL I cannot even begin to count. I will say with certainty that this is by far the worst service and customer service I’ve ever had to date. I got my nails done on Monday evening with my mother and left with a mess right out of the salon. My polish was chipped and uneven and the shape of my nails were literally crooked. My right hand had longer nails than my left. My mother even said as we were leaving that I needed to handle this the next day and get it fixed. I paid my tab (which was $52 for a full set) and left.

Had nails done today; fabulous job!!! There is a new owner and service was wonderful. If you went there before new ownership and were not happy, I encourage you to try it again. I think you’ll be pleased. Ally is great!!!

I have come to Yi Nails for several years, and their service never disappoints! I have used Lynn, Nancy and Sam – and they are all great! Sam is my go-to. I love them! I would highly recommend Yi Nails!

Not impressed. The place was dead when I went which should have had me turning around and going somewhere else. I had a deluxe pedicure that didn’t even reach regular pedicure quality. My polish is already chipping 4 days later. My feet are more dry than before the pedicure and didn’t properly apply the callous remover. Complete waste of a rare occasion for me.
