What I appreciate is how kind everyone is. The people who work there are genuine and courteous. They are efficient without sacrificing quality. I also appreciate the attention to detail, and gentle approach. I did have an issue once (I believe it was more a product issue than a person issue). They fixed my nails the next day and decided just to do all of them again. I appreciate the service I receive every time.

When I first walked in I felt uncomfortable they were staring at me as if I didn’t belong they didn’t greet me or make eye contact which was weird. My nail tech was a young girl and she kept talking to the nail tech beside her instead of consulting me about how I want my nails so that way I get exactly what i want. Instead she put globs of white acrylic on my Nails and i can tell she was a beginner but if I’m gonna pay regular price I need my nails done right. I told her to quit they charged me 15$ and i left. I hate to say it but if I was white my service probably would’ve been better ♀️
