There are literally hundreds of nail salons to choose in the area, but this one is my favorite! The owner is always so sweet and welcoming when I come in for my mani/pedi! After working six days a week, this is my place to relax and get pampered! I love the hot stones and towels they use during the pedicure. Whatever scrub they use smells really good and leaves my legs so silky smooth! I feel like a million bucks when I step out of this place because they get me right! My husband loves the look as well

There’s a lot of my old polish left on my nails. She cut me and made me bleed. She got the polish on my skin (gel) the polish is not even. There are places where it’s missing and especially on my thumb there is a part on the tip of my nail with no polish. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted 75$ on this. Pedicure, Manicure

I’ve been going there for awhile and recently this place has gone down hill. There has only been one nail lady working there. She rushes on your nails and got a attitude when I told her my polish looked lumpy. Sure enough the next day my gel polish started peeling off. I go back and the place is full and she told me she would fix it. I said I dont know If it’s the polish or what, I want to get a different color. She said with an attitude it would be a 2 hr. wait. I said I’ll come back. I go back and she said another hour. I told her never mind I’ll go somewhere else. I dont understand why she’s the only one there doing nails. Anyways she lost a customer I’ll never go back again.

Went for a wax and the lady BURNED MY SKIN. Now I have red outline around my eyebrow and the skin is tight and itchy. One spot is so bad that it’s actually scabbed up and I’m going on vacation in a few days. I have been a customer here for 10 years and since Kelli left a few years ago this place has really gone downhill. I’ve had more than one bad experience lately but this is the final straw. They have now lost a long time loyal customer!

It literally took one of the nail techs 10 times to get my nails right. She would apply the polish then take it off because she was being so impatient that when she began to paint the nail, the previous layer of paint would come off. I kid you not, it took her 10 tries to get it right. Then when it was all said and done, she didn’t do a good job of cleaning my fingers and my nails looked messy. I usually come here because in the past they’ve done a very good job but with two of the previous staff gone, their work has become less than par. This is how you lose customers and business.
