They saved my nails after a horrible experience I had at another salon. They take their time, are gentle, and pay close attention to detail. The staff made me feel welcome, well taken care of and comfortable. I absolutely recommend coming here. Love the staff here. They’re super kind and genuinely care about your nails. They saved my nails after a horrible experience I had at another salon. They take their time, are gentle, and pay close attention to detail. The staff made me feel welcome, well taken care of and comfortable. I absolutely recommend coming here. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called and was told NO WAIT for pedicure. I’ve been here over an hour and my pedicure just started.They took several people who came here after me first and left me waiting.Then someone who was starting my pedicure completely stopped to work on someone else instead.No communication, no courtesy explanation,, no professionalism or organization. I called and was told NO WAIT for pedicure. I’ve been here over an hour and my pedicure just started.

Critical: ValueVery disappointed. First time i come here driven by good reviews. The nails i wanted didn’t happen. The two lady i spoke to, i asked if they had neon color polish, they said yes. I showed them the picture of how i wanted them and repeatedly told them what i wanted. The whole time they said yes. Before she started with my nails i told her if she couldn’t do it, it was ok i will just get a french nail but she assure me that it was alright. I asked for black glitter and she just stared at me and ended up just painting it black color. The blue wasn’t a neon color and the glitter nothing like i wanted. They could just say they can’t do it i would had understood but not act like they know what i’am asking for and do whatever.Service: ManicureVery disappointed.
