Yes Nails & Lashes

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCompletely unprofessional. I texted Janet on 12/21 at 11am asking if they can do a volume lash set on me. I sent pictures to her showing the differences between the classic and volume and specifically requested volume. She responded and said yes that I can come in for a 3pm appointment. I said okay. Not long later she texted me and said can I come at 2:45pm instead and I said I couldn’t because I was in a previous appointment that would around 2pm and that I was coming from the Valley – which is a 40 min drive from Pasadena which is where they are located. She said okay 3pm is fine and that I shouldn’t be late.I rushed out of my hair appointment, got on the freeway to make sure we made it by 3pm. I arrived at 3pm EXACTLY. When I arrived they ushered me into the lash room and had me sitting there for 15 mins while the lash tech was working on someone’s nail. I came out and asked how much longer till they start my appointment as they insisted I don’t be late but now here they were late. They guy said 10mins. He then comes in the room and basically tells me the lash tech has an event to go to and won’t be able to do my lashes.I’m sitting there confused as to how this lash tech forgot she had an event to go to, scheduled me , had me driver 40mins to come to her all for them to tell me they won’t be able to service me. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. How do you have your client show up from 40mins away and then tell them sorry you have to go OUT?? I am so sick and tired of Asian owned establishments like this saying they can do something when they cannot. If you had to go out and about, why are you booking me?? When I specifically told you how far I am coming from to get to you. This is the 2nd time I’ve come in and dealt with something similar. That is why I texted in advanced this time to make sure everyone was on the same page. This place is NOT WORTH the level of stupidity and craziness I just dealt with.
