Really unhappy with the service they did today. I think it was with a trainee and almost everything she did was way too rough and I was in pain the entire time. She was digging way too deep into my cuticles and then she could tell I was unhappy with the color which didn’t match at all what I picked and you could barely tell I have nail polish on. When I said something about it she just grabbed my hand and threw another coat on it which didn’t help at all and rushed us out of there. No helpful or friendly service. I will not be going back here.

I went in to fix a chipped nail. Yen was busy at the time but asked me to come back in 30min. When I came back she helped me take off what remained off the gel and then added an extension and painted over with soft gel. She helped me match the length of the gel and also the colour. I walked by 2 other salons on the street and this one was the most affordable! I paid $8 + tip for one nail everyone else quoted me about $15

If you can get in, they’re amazing. But hours are funky 12-5 and not always the same. Most technicians are fantastic and their manicures last and don’t ruin your nails. Only one time I went and they were super busy and I got someone newer and was really unhappy with the result. Usually my go to, quick, fairly priced, convenient.

So… I cannot reccomend this place. Woefully understaffed in the few hours we werr there I saw them turn away 7 customers…90 dollars for a mani/pedi with a dip powder mani seems a bit steep. The spa pedicure was just a brief soak in a bucket/bin. No comfy bubbles and jets in deliciously warm water. It is not a spa pedi if you dont use the spa. A bucket or pan or whatever is not worth 90 dollars. We called ahead and the guy told us 50 for a mani pedi. So made an appointment and went in. The pricing is sketchy when there is no pricing board up. I’m all for fair pricing I want to help keep small businesses going but I really believe that a customer should know how much before going in. I doubt that I will return. 40 extra dollars just because you dip instead of paint is too much. 25 would have been fair. Get your price up front and hold them to it.

Great experience, I was a walk in and even though they were busy, they made sure to attend to me right away. They have a great selection of gel and non gel. and when I requested a specific color i liked they found a great match in gel and gave me recommendations. They have pedicure massage chairs which are hard to find! I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Terrible experience, no official water source to fill pedicure bucket so an exterior plastic bucket is placed into what should be the actual water bucket. Bad job filing and cutting nails. Not nice equipment. Would not recommend a visit. They charge $50 for manicure pedicure and do not have a means to dry the wet pedicure nails.

This place is always busy, and there is a reason for it! You may have to wait a few min depending on what time you drop by, but given the decent prices and top quality products and service, well worth it
