This is one of those-if I could give 0 stars I would places, but the staff was friendly, and the place was clean so have at that 1 star! Recently moved to the area and my usual spot in my previous hometown was not available this night. I called close to closing and they said to still come on by. I also shared my preference ahead of time (deep tissue massage) and they said they had a good therapist for me. Once there, the therapist came in and even consulted with me about my preference, which really impressed because I have only experienced that at the corporate envy one or private independent ones, not Asian parlors. Let me tell you-not only did I not receive a deep tissue massage, the therapist did not know what a deep tissue massage was (I had to repeat it over 5x and she still did not know)! When I asked for more pressure, she huffed and puffed and just pounded on my body, no style, technique, or anything. If you want to get a nice massage, DON’T COME HERE. If you want to get oil rubbed all over with a feather’s touch, this is your spot.

I went for a 30 min massage and when I went to pay after the service the lady made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I told her to charge $54 to a $48 massage. I told her I was adding a tip and she made me feel I wasn’t giving enough tip. I asked her, is this a right amount? And she kept saying things to herself and finally said it’s ok in an annoying way. The massage was great, but I won’t come back or reccomend a place where you feel mistreated or obligated to leave a tip of who knows how much.

I hadn’t been here since before Covid but, driving by and in no hurry, I decided to stop in. They were available for a one hour session which I took, looking to get some relief for pain in my right shoulder. I was led to a room and, after the masseuse left I disrobed and got on the table under the towel provided. I don’t care for the bone crunching deep tissue technique and the masseuse followed my direction. I felt relief almost immediately–this Asian woman in her 40’s knew what she was doing. But I was a bit frustrated because her English was poor and, whether due to that or because I’m a bit hard of hearing, it was difficult to communicate. Nevertheless I’d ask for her again but unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name.

Paid for an hour foot massage, only had someone touching my feet for 30 mins. She kept getting up to do other things. I still tipped $5 and the lady got angry saying “only $5 you didn’t like the massage?” and I said no, it wasn’t even great when she was massaging my feet.. She then got really upset arguing how I got a full hour and only tipped $5. I told her again how it wasn’t a full hour and I shouldn’t have tipped anything. She just kept arguing so I walked out.. I can’t believe they were really upset that I didn’t enjoy my massage and expected me to too big still??

Went there with my wife for a couples message. Very poor service! Waited 20 minutes to get started and only one masseuse came in to start on my wife while I waited another 20 minutes to find out no one was coming for another 15 minutes. Very poor planning even with an appointment. Close to my house but not worth the trouble. Wasted 2hours of my day. There are better places around the Concord area for the same price and better service.

Lady at the desk isn’t very nice and I think she had “an issue with my complexion”. Very much gave me the impression I shouldn’t be there and I wasn’t wanted there. She looked at me like food on the floor. Won’t be spending my hard earned money here.
