Not my favorite place to get a massage. The lady did not read my paper when I gave her full description on the type of massage I need. Just because I’m a plus size woman don’t mean I want deep tissue. I like to be relaxed so I wanted something gentle and solved. Instead I got the opposite and left for an excruciating pain over top of the fact I have a back injury from a car accident and none of that was considered. Not a great place to get a massage if you ask me

My wife called to setup my appoint specifically for their trigger point massage. When I arrived they didn’t even take my name or ask me where to focus. They just pushed me into a room and asked how long. I told them again I was here for the trigger massage and they said, “okay, okay. 60 minutes?” I was confused, but said okay and then she told me $55 dollars. Great price right??!? Then as she starting theassage it started off no different than other. When she asked I said she could use more pressure, but I couldn’t tell the difference. There was no special trigger point focusing. I even told her where the pain was, but she moved straight on to another part. Finally after an hour she said done and I have to save it was an okay massage at best and if I spent $55 dollars okay, but I tipped her $10, becuase I believe in tipping and she had the audacity to ask for more. She said quote, “I gave you a deeper massage.” She then looked at my wallet and asked for my $20. Shocked and dismayed i was taken aback by her brazeness. And although i would have started laying into her, i decided to be the light in our world of darkness and i suck for conflict. I found thid place to be a scam trying to lure your in and then pressures you to tip way more than you want for a mediocre massage. I CANNOT express this enough. Don’t go here. They dont even provide the services you ask for.

We purchased a couples massage for 90 min. We filled out a drawing to determine which body part needs more focus. Halfway through I reminded the message therapist to focus on certain parts. She acknowledged it and never did it. The other person was on her phone majority of the time giving my wife a partial service. At the end of our service we paid the full amount with a 20 dollar tip which wasn’t deserved but we did it anyway. The lady had the nerve to tell me I needed to tip 20 dollars more. I made sure they new what kind of service they performed which was, poor quality, poor customer service, and lack of attention to what was specified. Not worth it.

It is so difficult to book a massage day-of, but Yellowstone Massage was available and was wonderful! Their prices are extremely reasonable, and I was amazed how they are open every single day until 9pm. Definitely a good place if you need an urgent relaxing massage.

This place really surpassed my expectations. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole feel of the place is non-pretentious and not at all intimidating…not always the case at a spa (something I think would be great especially for a first-time massage client). Overall, the atmosphere is super relaxing. The spa is very well maintained and my room is very clean. My therapist (I wish I remembered her name) was very professional and attentive, she asked if I have any sore area I want her to concentrate on and she gave the perfect amount of pressure where needed. She made me feel comfortable in every way possible. I had the 90 min full body massage for $80, (which is lower than other places nearby). I received the full 90 min with minimal interruption. More importantly, the massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. My problem areas feel a thousand times better and the rest of my body is much better off after the work done. Needless to say I WILL be back many times. I highly recommend YellowStone to everyone who is looking for a fantastic massage.

I wanted to have a massage done with two specialists at the same time and the owner greatly accommodated me just adding extra $50.00 to the bill. It was affordable, professional and they have the most beautiful fish tank at the entrance that I ever sew: big red fish swimming an looking at you. Nice relaxing music was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place.
