Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a color and a cut. Another stylist did my color which turned out amazing! I loved it! Dominico did my haircut and I cant even believe the unprofessionalism of this man. He seemed more concerned with his phone most of the time. When he was doing my consultation he talked about doing a haircut to make my face look less round. I agreed. But the haircut he ended up doing made me look like I had a mushroom on my head. And while he was doing my cut he was talking down to me and the other stylist there. He also was ripping through my hair with the comb which hurt alot. And even though I said ouch twice and was visibly in pain he didn’t stop. And when he finished the haircut he literally smacked me on top of my head with the comb and said” all done”. Like it was a magic wand or something. And his salon also looks like grandma’s yard sale. And smelled like it to. I wasn’t really sure what the decor was supposed to be. It was all over the place.
