My neck, shoulders, and back become a mess due to tension, working at a computer all day, and also lots of hard work outdoors. Rebecca really knows what she is doing. I require a very specific type of massage due to lower back pain and previous surgery for a bulging disc on my neck. I have muscle spasms sometimes and Rebecca is absolutely amazing at lengthening the muscle, applying the right amount of pressure and just hitting all the rights spots. I rely on her services to keep tightness and pain at bay. She also provides stretching ideas on problem areas. She has a nice facility with relaxing music and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
