Unprofessional. Not only did they attempt to charge me $12.00 more than what my service was listed as and ultimately still charged be $2.00 more than the service’s listed price… an experience supposed to be full of relaxation was full of an employee continuously pressuring me to spend more money. When I attempted to tip she continued to ask me to give her cash (I do not carry cash) as opposed to use a card. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this establishment. Massage was not exceptional and I was continuously scraped by the fingernails of the masseuse. Will not be returning or recommending this business to anyone.

I scheduled a 10am massage on Wednesday the 17th of 2020. They had some good reviews some bad. My experience was a first for me. I was asked to pay upfront. I was also told a $2 charge for using a credit card. Then she wanted me to leave a tip. All before receiving the message. I was told my credit card didn’t go through and was asked if I had another card. I was asked to pay cash. All the time my credit card had already been charged. It hadn’t been approved because apparently the owner Jimmy who I got to speak to on the phone doesn’t pay his internet bill. So, I got dressed and left, now to notify the credit card company. Not relaxing at all!!! Thanks for nothing “Yellow Rose Massage” for nothing.
