Experienced, professional, attentive and will cater the facial to whatever you needs are at that particular moment.I would give 5 stars but I’m taking away 1 star because the reception area can be temperamental. Sometimes they are polite, sometimes they treat you like you don’t exist and/or are quite rude. It’s unfortunate because Yelena and her clients deserve better.Yelena is a pleasure.
