Critical: QualityRecently recieved a silk press w/trim, when it was time to wash my hair…my hair fell out in clumps, I have a short patch in the middle of my head and have some strands of hair that stayed straight and some curly from major heat damage!!! My hair smells of chemicals and I am 100% natural…my hair has thinned out a lot, my family notices a huge difference. It is damaged at the root, I have to grow it out before I can even cut it all off again!!!! I Paid $80.00 for a nightmare! Never again!
